TIMELESS ARCHITECTURE, MODERN LIVING:
STERLING APARTMENTS

Built in 1926, 6465 Sterling is a four-story historic apartment building that has been part of Detroit’s Northwest neighborhood for nearly a century. Originally designed as a residential community, the building reflects the craftsmanship and scale of early 20th-century urban living.

After sustaining fire damage, a thoughtful rehabilitation effort began to restore and reimagine the building. Renovations are bringing new life to the property while honoring its historic character, blending preserved architectural details with modern updates designed for today’s residents.
